2. Misrepresentation:

   • If the cow you receive does not match the description or photos provided at the time of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or return.

3. Delivery Issues:

   • If your cow is significantly injured or dies during transport due to negligence on our part, you may be eligible for a refund or return.

Process for Requesting a Refund or Return

To request a refund or return, please follow these steps:

• Notify our team as soon as possible by emailing us at sales@minilivestocksales.com. Provide your order details and a detailed explanation of the issue.

2. Documentation:

• Supply any necessary documentation to support your claim. This may include veterinary reports, photographs, or other relevant information.

3. Review:

• Our team will review your request and the provided documentation. We may contact you for additional information if needed.

4. Resolution:

• Once your request is reviewed, we will contact you with a resolution. If your refund or return is approved, we will process the refund using your original method of payment within 14 business days or arrange for the return of the cow.

Conditions and Exclusions

• Time Frame: Refund or return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your cow.
• Original Condition: The cow must be in its original condition, barring any health issues that were undisclosed at the time of purchase.
• Transport Costs: Refunds will not cover transportation costs unless the issue arose due to negligence during transport.

Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Situations

• Change of Mind: Refunds or returns will not be issued for a change of mind or personal preference.
• Improper Care: Issues arising from improper care or handling by the buyer will not be eligible for a refund or return.
